When contacting us for faster help:

  1. Check documentation, FAQ or tooltips in the administration interface. Maybe answer is already there.
  2. Make sure that your issue is present with the latest version of Firmware. (Check Downloads page for updates)
  3. Give us a brief problem description that includes information about your network setup.
  4. Include product Serial Number to your email subject.
  5. Make sure to include the previous conversation in the body of the email when replying.
  6. Note that reply might take up to 3 business days.
