When contacting us for faster help:
- Check documentation, FAQ or tooltips in the administration interface. Maybe answer is already there.
- Make sure that your issue is present with the latest version of Firmware. (Check Downloads page for updates)
- Give us a brief problem description that includes information about your network setup.
- Include product Serial Number to your email subject.
- Make sure to include the previous conversation in the body of the email when replying.
- Note that reply might take up to 3 business days.
